EMPLOYER-ASSISTED housing (EAH) helps employers achieve business goals while at the same time helping employees meet their housing needs. EAH assists employees in moving beyond the most common hurdles to homeownership and purchase a home in the community where they work. The CPAR EAH program focuses on four core areas to assist employees in creating a plan to purchase a home: Homebuyer Workshops, Credit Guidance, Financial Assistance and Optional Employer Benefits.
